The first truly authentic gastro pub in Novi Sad. Our meat is smoked over 12h on the wood of fruit trees, low & slow. At the Dobri Dim facility, the journey from raw meat to the one that arrives at your plates is long, but well worth it. The meat is first used in a special blend of spices, so it is smoked for over 12 hours on apple and cherry wood and sliced in its own juices. Add to that all the love you have in preparation and you get the perfection that awaits you with us.
